Prices and Payments

All prices quoted are in English Pounds (£ Sterling, GBP) and include VAT (at 15%) which is required by law to be charged to UK customers. Delivery charges are not included and are quoted separately depending on what part of the world you wish to purchase from. We can offer prices for trade (excluding VAT) for export (no VAT) or for EC or US trade supply. We are able to offer prices in Euro or US dollars upon request. These business to business purchases are to be transacted via fax or email outside of this website.

Delivery

Delivery schedules are guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery. Belt-Up Bags does not accept any liability in any delays caused through any third party. It is your responsibility to be able to accept delivery of the goods. We shall not be held responsible after the first delivery attempt.

Delivery will only be made to the address given on your order.

If goods have not been received within the estimated times noted below from receiving our confirmation message (by email or phone), you must inform us promptly as a delay in informing us may delay the process of investigation and claim settlement.

Delivery Damage
Belt-Up Bags holds no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged products in transit.
If you suspect that the goods have been damaged in transit you must retain the packaging and goods for inspection until such time we settle the matter. In such cases you must inform us within 3 days of receipt of such damaged goods.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received by post AND cleared with the bank.

Returns / Refunds & Exchanges

You may change your mind within 30 days of receiving the goods ordered by post. If you do so you will be refunded the full amount paid provided that we receive back the said goods.

We recommend that you get proof of postage in case the item/s are lost in the post. Once the returned item/s have been received in an acceptable condition you will be refunded for the amount you paid for the item/s EXCLUDING postage and packaging.

If you wish to exchange an item please state which item you wish to exchange it for and why. Any remaining overdue payment will be refunded or alternatively an invoice will be sent for any additional payment due.

1) We offer a special offer money back guarantee which is valid for 30 days from receipt of the goods.
2) Any refunds will be given for the exact amount of your purchase price.
3) We will require a short note explaining your reason for return.
4) Goods are to be returned by recorded delivery with proof of purchase.
5) Refunds will only be issued once the goods are returned.
6) This does not affect your statutory rights.

Warranty
We also offer a 1 Year Warranty. All products are warranted to remain usable for a period of 1 year from the date of dispatch provided proper care has been taken in storage and handling, and if found otherwise we will replace the product with the same product style and colour, or the closest match available up to value of the original purchased goods, or exchange for another product of your choice up to the same value (or an invoice will be sent for any additional payment due).

Eco-Friendly 'Bags for Life'

Belt-Up Bags are designed to be a 'Bag for Life' & therefore eco-friendly.

Black and grey colours are made from recalled (recycled) seat belts, and although most other colours are made from new seat belts, the more unusual colours like violet are hand coloured using natural vegetable dyes.

All seat belts originate from the UK, but all products are handmade in the USA so we off-set the carbon emissions from delivery by air by printing our promotional literature on paper from well-managed forests and other controlled sources, and also print digitally using digital artwork and files direct from a computer without the need for printing plates, film and associated chemicals and consequently the need to dispose of them. Digital printing allows for only what is needed avoiding overruns and obsolescence and therefore reducing waste. All the electricity used in the production process is generated from renewable sources.

Easy Product Care

All Belt-Up Bags products are designed to provide lasting quality and lack nothing in durability.

In the event of accidental marking of the inside lining, wear and tear marks can be easily sponged off with no traces left behind.

How to clean:

1. Simply immerse the bag in warm, soapy water.
2. Lightly scrub the lining.
3. Rinse the bag in clean water.
4. Finally, hang up the bag to dry and it will spring back to life!

Any information you provide is solely to enable Belt-Up Bag to process your enquiry or order and provide a high level of service. The information concerning you will be accurate and up to date and will be held in accordance with the law. If you find any inaccuracies Belt-Up Bags will delete or correct it promptly.
